Strawberry Quartz
Strawberry Quartz is a rare and beautiful variety of quartz that derives its name from its distinctive "strawberry" appearance. Unlike Rose Quartz, which gets its color from microscopic titanium or manganese throughout the stone, Strawberry Quartz is characterized by visible, needle-like or stippled inclusions of Hematite, Lepidocrocite, or Goethite.
These internal "seeds" are suspended within clear or pale pink quartz, creating a shimmering, speckled effect that catches the light beautifully. Because the color is held within these tiny mineral inclusions, the stone often possesses a vibrant, "fizzy" energy that makes it a standout favorite for artisanal jewelry.
