Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Fine Gems Canada! We ship quickly from Aurora, Ontario, across Canada and to the continental United States.


Shipping Within Canada

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post once payment is confirmed.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 CAD, or FREE on orders over $200 CAD before taxes and fees.

Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or promotions, processing times may occasionally take a little longer.

Please note that if items become unavailable after ordering, we may need to adjust the order. We will always contact you before making any changes.


Shipping to the United States

We are happy to ship to the continental United States.

U.S. orders are shipped through USPS from our transit warehouse in Champlain, New York. All prices on our website are in Canadian dollars.

Please note that customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by U.S. Customs.

Delivery time is usually between 3–7 business days.

All returns from the United States must be sent back to our Canadian warehouse.


Order Notifications & Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you another notification with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.


Returns

We hope you love your order. If something is not quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.

Items can be returned as long as they are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • Undamaged
  • In their original packaging

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake or the item is defective.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Opened sealed items cannot be returned
  • Clearance and liquidation items are final sale

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.


Important Return Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or missed pickup, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, a $10 shipping fee may be deducted from the refund to help cover return shipping costs.

Please do not mark packages as “Return to Sender” using the original label, as additional carrier fees may apply.


Defective Products

If you received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Our team will help you with the return process and provide further instructions.

Additional Information

Our Aurora warehouse is not open for walk-in shopping. All orders must be placed online.
